Re-upholstery

Whether or not to reupholster furniture will depend on a number of factors. Is the furniture of good construction? Is it an antique? Does it have decorative wood or decorative nail heads exposed? Does it have coil springs (a sign of good construction)? Perhaps the furniture has sentimental value? If the answer is yes to any of these questions then reupholstering may be the answer.

Here at the Slipcover Specialist, we will take the utmost care to produce the best in quality work. If needed the furniture is striped down and re-padded. The frame will be strengthened and repaired. The springs are re-tied and re-webbed. Cushions are replaced using high density foam with Dacron or down/feather wraps. Exposed wood will be touched up to hide the nicks and blemishes.

In the end, the furniture's condition becomes "better than new"!
